Hi there folks. I’ve been playing Gears 5 for a few hours and I’ve cleared chapter 1 of the campaign.
Unfortunately right out of the gate, chapter 2 has suddenly hit me with a few critical graphical and audio issues. For starters, during the first cutscene, the sound effects cut out at around 10 seconds in. The voice acting and music cut out shortly after that. It doesn’t all cut out at the same time though, which strikes me as especially strange. What’s more, the map straight up won’t load. After the cutscene ends I’m greeted with a huge empty skybox and absolutely nothing else. I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see what I mean. Has anybody else had similar issues?
