Got gears 5 ultimate edition as a preorder and got nothing with it

I got gears 5 ultimate edition and got nothing extra from it,no characters from halo reach and the boost,its bull crap,I should probably add that I preordered it and got nothing extra from it,whoops,forgot to add that
