Gnasher damage 85% or more should be a kill

Any shot with the gnasher thats 85% should be an instant down if not a kill

I think they should do away with damage done percent all together… I’m 83% confident it would be less infuriating :slight_smile:

I don’t agree that an 85% shot should be a down / kill, but i will agree that i find the way damage is calculated a little wonky. I don’t trust the accuracy of the % readout all the time and also think we should have the option to turn the readout off.

In range, you can gib someone without hitting every pellet (non-active). Move 1mm outside gib range (non-active) and hit every pellet and you will be presented with a lower 80% damage shot.

This is one reason bot walking is so common in comp tuning. Get your enemy to fire slightly early out of range, eat the heavy shot, than step in for the gib.

I 100% think that 85% of shots should result in 60% kills if 30% of 50% of the shots are 5% bullets and 10% if 69% of the shot is 420% likely to hit the bulge area ONLY if over 9000% of the shots are at the head resulting in 83% chance of the entire map exploding
