All of these cards say fortifications over 50%hp gain x damage/resistance, but it doesn’t say “on fortifications you build” like Mechanic’s Overclocked Locker/Reinforced Fabrication, nor does it state that it’s global like Robotics Expert’s Sentry Upgrade/Overclock.
Are these cards global and effect all fortifications regardless who builds them?
