Anybody else having this problem? Maybe a solution?
Do a console restart, when my games and apps don’t start I do a console restart and then they usually work
im on pc, I’ve checked for all updates, downloaded them all then restarted and still won’t go past loading screen, uninstalled and currently reinstalling
Not sure then sorry m8, I’m on xbox, alll I can really suggest is restarting ur pc, use the task manager to close some programs ur not using down, make sure ur ram isn’t working to hard running programs u don’t need to be running, if to many programs are running it may cause gears to run slow and not be able to run or it may just make it take longer to start

I had a similar issue with my pc. It was a Windows bug. Look it up on the web. Maybe your seeing a new issue.

Try this
Just set the X-Fi in the sound control panel to “24 Bit, 96000 Hz (Studio Quality)”. Do this and Gear 5 crash at launch issue will be resolved.
Another reason for the game to crash at launch could be your anti-virus software or Windows Defender detecting the game’s exe file as a trojan. Either disable your anti-virus software or make an exception for the game’s exe in your anti-virus and the Gears 5 crashing at launch issues will be fixed.
Mine I had to sync my date and time clock. Then restart Windows.
And above all else make sure your driver is updated.
One of these options should work
Oh hell not again!! Gears 4 had a problem for crashing at the initial splash screen and never got fixed leaving PC players in the dark, try turning off your over clock if you have one, or if you have OC CPU turn it down a peg
