Good evening everyone!

I have Windows 10 x64 version 1903.
The game is only in this message.
Does anyone have any solutions?
When I open the game the following message appears.

Error
Connected users are not licensed for this game. Purchase Gears of War 4 from the Xbox Marketplace or sign in with a user who has a valid license.

Xbox Live is/was having issues earlier, and your error is probably because of that.

Last night (about 10 hours ago) XBL said there were problems with purchases and marketplace related functions. By the sounds of it, the OP had downloaded the game and due to these problems couldn’t access the game?

My season pass wasn’t working last night.
