Looks like someone popped socialite. It doesnt look cheated. Im at work right now will check later.

I just fired up Gears 3 with my alt account, which doesn’t have any event ribbons. The Event Calendar is still down and War Supporter progress is still at 0.

Also, they have the all ribbons achievement and both Re-Up ones, and all 3 have the same unlock timestamp.
