You could, but I’m not sure why you would unless there’s a image included that somehow can’t be found anywhere else.
Furthermore, they’ll look pretty grainy due to the excessive size requirements that Microsoft has in place for Gamer Pics so they might not look too good.
From what I can recall, many of the old Gamer Pics arn’t unique and could be found in a image search, in better quality and for free.
