Gears Limited Edition Xbox Series X Console?

Will TC be producing a Gears Limited Edition Xbox series X console? The reason I am asking is that I paid GBP£450 for the Scorpio edition when it came out in November 2017 then of course when the Gears 5 edition came out, I had to get that and sell the Scorpio at GBP£100 loss. If you do one, please, please could you release it on day one? The Series X is in desperate need of something, because it is so dull and boring compared to the looks of the futuristic PS5. I will never change to PlayStation… unless Gears ports over…

that won’t happen its Microsoft livelihood , its like Nintendo allowing Mario Bros to be played on Playstation , that would be a corporate suicide.

that’s a collectors piece of gaming history man, you shouldn’t have sold it out… since it has a laser engraved production number.

It only needs a new Ori game and Gears of War 6 , which they should be working on them… don’t worry :slight_smile:

Unlikely to come out for a while. They typically only do it with a game release, and seen as a new Gears game isn’t coming anytime soon, I would majorly doubt a Gears styled Series X will come out anytime soon.

Personally, I dont like the look of the PS5 console, it looks like some tacky piece of hardware some dodgy dealer sold you for £30 with the promise it would do something better.

The Series X isn’t much better in that regard.

Halo always come good with consoles… The Halo 4 one was awesome, aswell as the Reach version!

We did have a Gears of war 4 limited edition console.So who knows except for TC/Microsoft if/or when another Gears limited edition console,but it would be cool if they could

We wont see a gears console series x til GEARS 6 COMES OUT.

I wonder how many people of this community would wait for that xbox series x Gears of War Edition or wether they would buy a normal designed xbox series x ?

It will be for the people tht havnt got the series x yet that would buy it or the diehards with money.

It’d be something I’d consider buying if by then the One X is not supported any longer. Certainly was not going to get a Series X console(or “Xbox Tower” as my brother calls it) when it is out in a few months. I’ve barely had this console three years as is…

@AmicableWall421 I have the xbox scorpio edition , so I won’t buy the xbox series x until its not fully supported for the newer games also.

Unless a Gears of War special edition would be released then I would consider it buying it . just for the love of the franchise.

@TCBcryingTLC perhaps some awesome game would have to be released in order to allure players to buy new hardware I suppose hahahaha :smiley:

True my friend,I’m sure Gears 6 would tempt new gamers or existing players to buy the new console if/when Gears 6 design,I’m getting too old to buy a new groovy console,Sadly, I can’t just throw my money to new games Etc,due to home/car/family ,my health getting worse due the Covid 19

I would think it likely with the release of Gears6. I have the 3 commercially avalible Gears consoles and they are sexy as heck :wink: I’m sure you would agree.
