I wouldn’t mind throwing some dosh for the weapon skin and iron if those two were a seperate pack since the character totems are very easy to grind out now (honestly would have grinded them like I did with Op 1 anyways) and I don’t personally care for boost.
I know I’m gonna get hate for this, but I wish they kept the challenges and just got rid of the xp challenge, they could have made 2 separate unlock trees, a pvp version and a pve version
This sucks. It was the only mode I actually enjoyed on Gears 5.

@Ron_Jeremy_R6 It was broken and made people rely too much on Keegan, that they didn’t use explosive weapons (launchers) much. There is that one Keegan or few, who are going to demand for this, without realising it’s patched. But it’s the most interesting change for Escape. And Venom scrubber.

Don’t forget the new tile set in the TC featured hive you’ll apparently only get access to if you delay the venom enough with the venom scrubber room.
I do agree that it would’ve been interesting, what challenges they come up with for every character. But at the same time, changing to XP-only meant they don’t have to put in effort in thinking of what challenge criteria. At some point, the creativity in challenges may go down and start getting repetitive and very similar to Medals requirements.

That’s fair, but they seem to think every character in the gears universe can have their own lore friendly abilities that make sense with the character so I’m sure they could have figured it out lol

When I seen theirs no more Keegan grenade glitch, the level of relief was beyond enjoyable.
To be able to play that mode with that eliminated should be much more enjoyable now. Got tired of the constant stalemate of two members looking like their playing rock, paper, scissors in the distance, lol.

What? You barely even play Escape. I just looked at your achievements, and you haven’t even done much with the mode. Why would a Keegan spamming grenades even affect you when you don’t even play on Master? You were playing devil’s advocate the other day when the JD nerf was announced as well. Like why would someone who plays so casually be so happy about these things? Really strange.

GMT (UK) is 7 hours ahead of PT, so if the update has changed from 2am to 4am PT that means the update now comes out 11am UK time, am i getting that right? Damn that means i got up early for nothing, phooey.

I’m not 100% but i think PT is 7 hours ahead of GMT so that would make it 11am for the UK
There was daylight saving recently where clocks went 1 hour forwards
That was the 29th of March, shouldn’t effect anything now though should it?
Pretty sure PT is 8 hours behind GMT. So 4am PT is 12GMT
