Gears 5 tech test, windows 10 download failure

I pre ordered Gears 5 ultimate edition from my Windows 10 PC, I am from Costa Rica and I am having issues downloading the tech test, it says that “there is an issue try again later” I cant pre download the game either, please help me, i dont want to ask for a refund since I have been a fan of the game for so long.

Can you try resetting the windows store and trying again?

I already did that with Microsoft support team, It seems they do not know what the issue is
