A minor issue. When I’m in the lobby, I can choose my loadout. I like the gnasher on the left and the lancer on the right. So I do this, but when in in the game, its changed back to the lancer being left and the gnasher right.

The hollow bodies is annoying! I wasted frags on them lol. I also experienced an issue where a player or bot would become invisible after respawn and all you see is a gun floating around and shooting. Bout to give ranked a try and hope day2 is better.
Lancer damage is way OP which obviously turns it to the main weapon of choice to most players in arcade. I would sugest turning it down so the we can see/use other type of weapons instead of just camping a hight spot with that beautiful Lancer.
Keep dissolving from lobbies, but finding match fast. Then it switch to giving me error code ESTANA. Exit and retry, Xbox live is telling me I’m not connected to the internet, which I am.
Hi, I understand that it’s a test but can you add all the controller layouts? I’m so accustomed to a certain layout and not having all of them in gears 5 will suck! Cheers
Also pc crashed again, can’t be feeling with downgrading my bios just to run gears of war 
Alright this is getting out of hand with the player connections. I dont understand how players with high pings, which is poor to low connectivity are playing ridiculously smooth with little to no recoil. I dont understand how i catch someone off guard with a chainsaw and they somehow go into a battle animation and i lose regardless of spamming B. Gears 4 gameplay was 1000 times better than this. These players in encountering are even moving so erratically it looks like aimbots trying to pick a target. How is someone with 158ping beating aiming better and getting shots off first despite seeing me after im already spraying them down.
I came to the conclusion that the multiplayer of gears 5 makes no fun at all. Spawns are mostly unfair and you end up with enemys next to you you can not kill, Headshots with all weapons are possible which really sucks, the gnasher is OP af and somehow enemys can see through smoke even though they had no chance to tag me, The aim assist ruins every sniper shot (and the new crosshair makes it really hard to see far away, granade launcher should have the color of the team. its very irritating to have a blue laserand think its your teammate but then you die. the best thing of gears of war ever was changed… the headshot sound. The arkon bow is way too loud same as the voices of the commentarry (in german it is waaaay too loud).having trouble with the cover system, sometimes jumping over a cover even tho i pressed only A once and not B. im sliding in covers where i not supposed to slide to. lancer is way too strong. when crawling i move forwards instead of backwards…
I’ll refuse to play it online. I will only play it online just for achievements but i will NOT touch the MP ever again.
And in the finished version… Emotes and colored blood… you guys turn gears of war into a joke fest… Highly disapointed and thinking about canceling my pre-order… and im a gears fan since day 1… since the very first trailer that was shown with the unfinished concept. It literally sickens me to see what gears have turned into…
Anyone else experiencing the “0x801901f4” error? Can’t get into a single game for the last 20 hours.
No, I havent been able to get into a match at all because it constantly freezes

I just got suspended for playing, for 30 minutes.
I got into a lobby that had PC players on the other team, I had forgotten to turn off crossplay for ranked matches.
So I quit the lobby, the game hadn’t started yet, got to the menu and turned off crossplay, tried searching again and now I’m suspended for 30 minutes.
The game hadn’t started. It was still just in the lobby. I didn’t get a warning that if I quit from the lobby, that I would get suspended.
This is an error, and it should have warned me. Now I know till next time, but for somebody who doesn’t know, and find out they need to quit a lobby for whatever reason, there should be a warning saying “Leaving the lobby will give you a suspension for playing online for 30 minutes”.
Now I can wait 30 minutes, and I don’t have much time during my day to play, so almost every minute counts.
That was also the problem in gears 4. also in gears 4 i ran into the problem where i got kicked out of a ranked match but still got the supsension

@TC_Octus I’m happy you guys are still striving to make things better, but are you working out the freezing issues as well? I know I sound like a broken record, but I feel it hasn’t been addressed
Well I can tell ya the making the headshots arnt super easy. If there happening alot to you, its cause you dont move enough. You can say there just randomly aiming or getting lucky. But if its really a issue to you, then move around more, or get them faster. I for one who have been playing gears since the first one, I love the headshots. What bugs me the most is the new melee bs

Went off as matches still not registering, party squad not showing and matchmaking although a lot better is still buggy.
