Gears 5 skins not loading

I haven’t been playing gears 5 for a few months and I came back and downloaded the updates for Hollow Storm. I didn’t get the Hivebuster campaign though.

Since then, I haven’t been able to equip certain skins for my characters in multiplayer. Do I have to download EVERYTHING for Gears 5 (i.e. Hivebuster campaign) to access what I paid/earned in-game?

I’m hoping it’s something as minor as that solution. Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I tried downloading and reinstalling myself. It didnt work. For me, I cant equip characters and certain customizations appears to be missing.

Best solution is to submit a ticket on support.gearsofwar.com. I have yet to do that myself.
