They’ve started pickling Marcus so he doesn’t age any more and only bring him out at ‘special’ occasions. Just add or remove a beard to adjust the age

I was just thinking that.
The body underneath the sheet looks like it’s alot larger than a normal human. It looks it’s ballooned in size - possibly mutated. If you look closely you’ll also see some bloody giblets. I wonder if this had anything to do with being in the Snatcher? If so what could this mean for Marcus?

It’s been a rough few months for JD then.
One thing I noticed is that JD, Del AND Kait all have joined the COG.
I’m 33 and have grey hair lol Although who really knows…could be a few months and could be a few years later
I am not excited for Gears 5 and it will mostly likely be a skip because TC didn’t learn from GoW:UE and I doubt they will learn from 4 either.
If you want to have lootboxes and/or microtransactions then make 5’s multiplayer both PvE and PvP free to play. Limited time lootboxes is even more anti-consumer especially when it contains fan favourite characters.
Don’t use the splitting up the playerbase excuse if you are going to have a season pass for private but also have 2 weapon tunings for PvP either because that split the playerbase more than any map pack DLC in previous games.
Final note I know you can’t get that Gears multiplayer anywhere else as it is a very niche thing but wait for reviews or check it out on games pass before plopping down $60 plus a $50 season pass

Now THAT would be interesting. Not necessarily a “open-world” in the conventional sense, but where individual levels in the campaign are much more open and allowing for different approaches versus a long tunnel of enemy encounters and cut scenes.
Its a shame that I don’t believe it will turn out like that.
JD doesn’t have grey in his beard, it’s just a little unkempt and has a couple blonde patches. Interesting how his eyes turned grey. My brother’s blue eyes started doing that in April.
Also, I’m 24 and my hair is full of grey. It happens.
Mutated heart leeches! New melee mechanics! New knife attacks and weapons! And an interesting switch to Kait. I like that TC isn’t muddling around. They’re going straight for the answers we wanted after Gears 4.

60FPS can easily be done with 4 player coop online. Your Xbox only needs to handle one person so it should be done. Halo 5 does it just fine. It’s offline that you’d see a drop.

Why would offline would make a drop?
I thought it was about hardware limitations.
I know playing split-screen might reduce frame rate, down to 30 FPS or something.
Not sure about on Xbox One X.
I would like to see 60 FPS locked down in all modes for One X 
But either way, I’ll be playing campaign on PC after completing it on Xbox

I’m referring to split-screen when I say offline. If you choose to do LAN, if it’s allowed anyway, it wouldn’t drop. The drop would be caused by hardware limitations. One X can do up to 60FPs with a few drops on campaign and Horde but does get force dropped to 30FPS on split-screen no matter what.
The locusts were running experiments with captured humans during the war. Kait’s mom got pounded by a locust and gave birth to a half breed or hybrid.
I’m excited for Gears 5! The campaign looks incredible and I hope MP will be good too with a lot of environmental (dynamic) changes.
Maybe the New Hope research was the origin of a new kind of human, with the ability to control others species like the locust. and the sires was big, big mistakes…
