Gears 5 menus are filled with random hexadecimal characters?

Well, I uninstalled Gears 5 on Steam, then reinstalled through the Windows store, and now most of my menus appear to have transformed into hexadecimal gibberish…

Please tell me someone else has experienced this before? I’ve tried resetting the game and the Windows store, reinstalling the game, and signing out and back in. I have absolutely no idea what else could be going on, other than that it probably has to do with it being installed through Steam previously. :woman_shrugging:

I’d rather have that than half the random characters that pop up.
