Just curious…what exactly is THE MAIN point of contention? Can it be focalized? Is it movement. Is it the character and fabricator restrictions in horde? Is it the earnable content? Lack of content? Is it the tour of duty grind? What is it…what does 4 have that 5 doesn’t that makes it so miserably in-fun.? Does Tour 2 and its update help change your mindset about Gears?

Anyone else got an “like gears 5? Give us a review.” Message notification once on gears 5 along with its new news that comes up? Maybe they sent this to a select group of people… unless of course everyone got it…
They didn’t delete them, if you look at the numbers, the ones on December 3rd have a quarter of the amount of votes compared to now. I do believe Microsoft’s own employees definitely boosted it. The US one had 550 and now it has 2100.

Rather than make the game good and fix the issues causing the negative reviews, let’s just delete all the negative reviews.

Yeah I think the pop up is what beefed up the rating. I rated for the first time also. Actually that is the first time I ever rated a game period, and that’s only because of the pop up.

Why is it that after I just checked (there’s a total of 200 reviews, I read thru 100 of them) and literally 100 were written or updated December 13?
I guess everyone decided on Friday the 13th, they should review gears. Right.

When i loaded in to test out Operation 2,in the game,it prompted me to rate it. I think it did this for alot of people. And it makes sense. Obviously people loading in to try out Op 2 are people that more than likely still care about the game and still play t alot. So, why not try to capitolize on those people on a day when so many people are loading in or coming back to check out whats new. Fyi, I think the movement has gotten pretty good. Prettu fast.
They can manipulate reviews/figures all they want…casuals/cod ect are gone…the small amount of players left…know this game is ■■■■ and broken…STILL🤔

Just double check that it’s Gears you re-wrote a positive review for.
People can’t come to their senses and realisations together?
I believe Gears has brought together a vast amount of different people and communities so it’s completely plausible.
I checked the reviews and ratings on the store and there is 0, I repeat 0% reviews for 1 star out of 5…

Everyone who has played gears from the beginning has given up on gears 5 and has stopped playing it. So the positive reviews are coming from new players just joining the franchise. The games broken. They tried to change all the things the die hard gears players loved in order to make it easier for players of a lower skill level to be competitive in multiplayer. Sorry gears but that’s not how it works. You might have gained a few new players but you’ve lost an incomparable amount of loyalists due to you’re catering to the cry babies who werent good enough to play multiplayer and were getting their feelings hurt.
