TC’s vision for Gears, both 4 and 5, just way off the mark.
Both games look pretty, but that’s it.
Very little fun to play, 5 is especially awful in that regard. Weak stories, characters, immersion etc.
It’s sad that Gears has been reduced to little more than a grubby little money train.

I’d rather play Judgement than this trash and that’s saying something!
You can’t even find a game in your region to play against competitors with some kind of parity in connection,
We are left to play against Mexican’s (no offence) and I’m sure they would prefer to play against players in their region.
I’m pretty sure we could come up with a basic top ten list of things which made the other titles in the series great, that the latest instalment has failed to live up to in about 2 minutes flat.
Got to go,I am late to play against some laggy bots from another region, that kill me before I can get a shot off… happy days

On top of that the person who came up with this ice skating trash bouncing … seriously what were they thinking, why ruin the bouncing system that actually took skill?
Now multitudes of players who didn’t have what it took in previous games think they are elite, when they are clearly not, so now you have complete disadvantage on connection together with overwhelming advantage on movement for players who have not earned it, didn’t we pay the same price for the game? That is an utter garbage way to treat your player base … TC cannot see how so many players think you have utterly failed, but you do know you are choosing to ignore it
If the right changes are made and we get another 15-20 maps, it would be the best tbh.
Just lacking content and inconsistent atm.
Yes it is the worst in the franchise even gears pop is better and thats a mobile game

Whoa…okay…what the living ■■■■ is wrong w you coalition…youre game is now unplayable…thats fine it sucked. You made changes…and now i literally can not play anymore. Sure id love it to be from taste but no…your game crashes every time. EVERY TIME. 11 dashboards and ppl think im quitting? What the cheese u ■■■■■. I get a lower xbox live rating cuz you dumb ■■■■■■■ cant patch or program a damn menu. Did u goto trump university. How dare you take my money and put out something i cant play for 20 -40 min (KOTH)…WHY. are u bad people? Why…take my money and i cant play ur dumb game…let alone the one person i talk to plays gears so i cant even play w the ONE person i paid for all this. Are u really that terrible of people to be happy about what u put out?
You do see how gears is broken is a top trend? Or how come gears 5 doesnt work…or why does gears 5 suck…how are you okay w this? But the bottom line…dashboarding every game every match. multiple times the same game…u need to get ur ■■■■ together. ■■■■ you.
In the campaign YES , I agree… In Gears 5 I continually get to Act II or Act III and it won’t save my game properly or my character stop functioning. I keep having to go back to the “Meet the Chief” section in order to fire my weapons or pick things up. I contacted Microsoft and I’m getting tired of reloading 100 GB+ games (three times) because they can’t fix the problem and it takes me two days to download the game. So I’m on my fourth started game of Gears 5, in the fourth downloaded version, and It won’t load my last save. So YES, this is the worst game I have ever played, and considering that I have played all the Gears games up to this series (several times) I won’t be bothering to purchase Gears Tactics. I would gladly return Gears 5 if that was an option. My kids and grandkids have also had numerous problems with the Campaign version. On a positive note, I have had no problems with the Horde Multiplayer game so far…
100% They have to know it’s horrible they can’t tune it enough either worst game ever in the series period.
