TC wasnt even The Coalition yet when Judgment was being developed or released. TC was a studio called Black Tusk before MS acquired them. MS rebranded them TC after they bought the rights to Gears.
When MS bought the rights a few people from Epic eft Epic to continue to work on the Gears franchise
Judgement might have faired better…if it had a horde mode…i think the pvp red v blue…was lazy…wasn’t a fan of it though tbf😁
There is a Gears 5? I thought that game ended on a beta.

Well now that they have made it so you get barely any XP for going into higher levels of horde its is hands down the worst gears of war game. Of course with all the problems still present this one was the nail in the coffin for me. It is possibly the most moronic decision this delevoper had made. If they roll it back then ill play on but until then
Gears with guest characters or Gears with red Cogs? Both insulting.
Both games are complete garbage with slightly good campaigns, but I still think Judgement is the worst, Gears 5 could easily be named Judgement 2.
After the latest update Gears 5 is now better than Gears 4 and Judgement.
I actually liked the judgment campaign, it was creative and innovative to see the story told during a judgment, also we saw the most powerful locust of all time, the cog moved all onyx guards to halvo bay and still wasn’t enough
There’s absolutely nothing nice i can say about gears 5 campaign, yeah it has nice graphics and locations but the plot makes no sense, there’s no emotion, the characters are as funny and charismatic as a dead rat, niles is now a walking robot, seriously whoever wrote this ■■■■ never touch a gears game in his/her life and didn’t know what to do with the characters, the original trilogy trailers are more impressive than gears 4 and 5 campaigns combined

just cuz they changed button layouts and added cross hairs to blindfire that stuff could be easily changed and FIXED. but when the CORE GAMEPLAY and MODES are awful the game is worst.
ps. the gears 4 teaser/reveal trailer was more emotional and heartwarming and scary than the whole gears 4 campaign,
Im fully with you too dude. I am done. Downloading another game right now. I actually liked how it was. Could go up a good 10 levels a day and now its like maybe 2 levels at the most. Discouraging to all those trying for re up 20 and 50
Couldn’t agree with you more buddy. I’m now playing Gears of War 2 again and it really highlights how lame and mainstream Gears 5 is.
I didn’t even remember how dark and brutal Gears 2 was. You felt like fighting a war, dialogue and characters are well-written. You feel there’s a war of survival going on and things are serious.
On top of that, there’s more variety of cool enemies and set pieces, pacing is spot-on. Fighting the big creatures is so much more exciting than whatever that Kraken thing was.
They should’ve written original story for Gears 5 instead of trying to take a dump on 1-3. Makes me sad what this franchise has become. Better to forget Gears 5 story ever existed.
The skill cards of some characters are broken, in some cases they kick you off (lizzie silverback), the PC and Xbox One version crashes randomly, the bad decisions about reducing xp on horde or escape, bad gameplay adjustments, unbalanced enemies on horde and escape forcing you using only JD mainly, recyling old maps from Gears of War 4! and only giving us 1 brand new map each 3 months resulting on supporting the mediocrity and lack of creativity, and literally they don’t have idea what they’re doing, yes, TC are one of the worst of the game industry, they doesn’t hold a candle to CD Projekt RED or the old Epic Games when they made Unreal Tournament or Gears of War trilogy. They’re doing a last-ditch effort.
Yes it is the worst and i dont think any update can fix it unless they revert to gears 3 movement and shooting mechanics
I just cant understand this company at all. The game was broken on release and then they broke it again. They fixed the crashing problems and then they made more problems. Its mind boggling how they cant see they are driving their player base away. The most loyal of players is getting pushed to their limits. I stuck with gears 4 till to the very end and honestly they made improvements to the game which helped me enjoy it but this time it’s like they dont want me to play and go back to 4 or play other games. I just dont know with these guys.

Gears 5 multiplayer is fun the problem was the marketing & weapon tunning.
Selling everything overpriced, aim-assist mandatory on the weapons, a shotgun very inconsitent, lancers with op broken damage a ranking system need revamps, last the way of obtain the characters similar to SFV you need spend 100 hours per character -_-.
Fix the above issues and you can have a decent game until Gears 6 is released
