I recently heard of the changes made to the game, and decided to see what was what. I must say, the game isn’t in the best state still, but it plays leaps and bounds better than before in terms of the multiplayer experience. Many of the visual bugs have been fixed, the ranked system seems functional and has consistency to it, the lancer had its slight nerf, the gnashers gib range changed to reduce the “50-50” chance in shotgun fights, the poke range of the gnasher increased to make shotgun fights more akin to Gears titles past…
I will admit, I posted some nonconstructive emotional-based comments on these forums. I don’t believe I should apologize for them, and I don’t feel bad either for admitting that I won’t do so. The launch of this game was horrible and beyond frustrating. That being said, what has been fixed and changed have made me believe this game can turn around. I don’t know if I can trust you on another launch weekend TC(Gears 6 would be your chance to change that, obviously(POP and Tactics don’t count)).I do, however, believe you will make Gears 5 the game we all hoped it would be, eventually.
Thank you, and good luck moving forward.
Oh, and bring back Clocktower and Gridlock.
