Gears 5, cutscene texture issue and others

I start Gears 5 and the face textures of the characters during cutscenes are just like colorless or blinking. During the game I see some others blinking textures and visual artifact.
My settings:
2080 Ti, i9900K, NVIDIA driver updated, windows updated, HD Texture installed, all settings ULTRA

I try to uninstall HD Texture and nothing better.

Some solutions for this problem?

I am seeing the same thing on my computer. AMD 3950X, RTX 2070 Super, and the latest Nvidia 457.30 drivers. The characters faces are a flashing pixelated pattern during the cutscenes.

A couple of people posted in the other thread (Visual Texture bug) that disabling async compute in the options worked for them.

So 3 months later and this is still an issue. Sounds about right for the developers of this game and Microsoft as the lazy twits still never even fixed gears of war ultimate after 3 years .
