Gears 5 & 4 PC Sound problems no audio with bluetooth Headset without always disabling Handsfree

To fix it I have to -

I go to Settings > Sound >manage sound devices

then disable the Handset Hands free AG Audio for BOTH output and input

otherwise the stereo sound will not work…and i don’t get any sound at all thru the headphones.

I don’t have this problem with any other game I have played other than Gears 5 and Gears 4 in the past.

any reasons or idea?

no, just the way the games handle audio. this is what I did to get this game to work properly audio wise.

only enable the device you’re using and set it to default. disable all others like you said.

I am a recent pc convert.

only game so far that i have to change.

there’s also an issue with pairing the Xb1 controllers to bluetooth on Win10. not sure if it’s been fixed but getting the official wireless dongle works
