You need to be more specific.
What region are you in?
What time of day are you searching for matches?
Which gamemodes are you searching for?

Gears of War 4 is 6 years old now. While it’s not difficult to find matches, time of day and gamemode matters. Your best odds are searching for TDM or KOTH
