Game won't start on windows 10

So at first the game was downloading past its size. I reformatted my computer and finally downloaded the game again but now, I get this error in the Event viewer:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: Microsoft.SpartaUWP_14.0.0.2_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe!GearGameShippingPublic as Unavailable/Unavailable. The error:
“0”
Happened while starting this command:

Since then I made sure that EFS is enabled, my SSD is already in NTFS and I have reset the game data. Any Ideas? I have seen so many people with this issue and no solution… The MS Store is garbage, I wish it could check for corruption.
I have a 1080 and 16gbs of ram. all drivers are fully updated

What’s your network tab showing in Xbox app?
What do all the statuses say

Also you might try deleting Xbox app and reinstalling.

Open power shell as administrator
Type: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.XboxApp | Remove AppxPackage

Have you tried downloading anything else… Like candy crush or. Something small and stupid?
