Does this newbies team are seeing this kind of bug? The game says that is still downloading, but I downloaded 3 times
Same here, work with xbox but not on PC. I could only play training mode but the rest of the modes r still downloading.
One day from lunch and stil no replay about this error.
I just opened a bug report ticket, now wait …!

Question: When did you get Pass Ultimate? I suspect this is happening I got the last minute pass before the release …
It is the same thing, the icon shows that is still downloading, but i have downloaded and deleted 5 times. I bought the ultimate pass 2 weeks ago
yep this is what i am getting too and it seems that the icons will stuck there forever.

I reached the support, I have an administrator account that is the main account, but the game pass account is another one. and they told me to login in windows 10 with the game pass ultimate account. I did that and it worked. So just login in windows 10 with the gamepass ultimate account and it will work.
Is the administrator account you claim to be the computer account? In my case, the computer user account and the ultimate gamepass user account are the same.
Yes, the administrator accound was the computer account, I added the game pass account and it worked
Sorry I don’t get it too. You mean log in Windows 10 with Microsoft account ? But that is what I have been doing. I purchased Xbox game pass Ultimate with my Microsoft account and I have been logging my Windows 10 with this account.
Me too. Can’t play anything other than Boot Camp.
The download never gets past what’s shown in the status (see screenshot).
I’ve tried installing the game 3 times already.
Too bad, I was with this problem but that wormed for me, yes I mean log in windows with the same account, I suggest contact microsoft chat.

Yeah …I am pretty sure is not my problem because I could run Horizon 4 and Crack down 3 no problem on my PC with Xbox game pass Ultimate. It must be has something to do with the game itself. This is sad just because we didn’t pay full price for the game and they put this problem in the last priority. Today is the official release date, so the early access crap is just really pissed me off.
I’m having the same issue here. I’m trying to reinstall the game for the third time.
My game pass is the standard one. I don’t own an xbox, I just play on the pc.
The support pages are awful, can’t find a solution anywhere and they don’t have any useful information and don’t even mension this error.
Let’s hope they provide a fix for this issue soon.
I’m also logged on Windows 10 and on Xbox(beta) with the same user.

Just got my Series X setup and this is happening. Utter garbage. Fed up of basic game play being screwed by the internet based requirements. I bought gears 5 outright but I can’t play it without the internet or a live account. Both of which I have with game pass ultimate. Still can’t shoot anything though.
So far the series X experience had been crap.
