Game freezes and crashes on PC version

I’m playing this game on Xbox One and PC, but on PC it freezes and crashes. I uninstalled the previous GPU driver with DDU, installed the most recent version, 436.30, I updated the game with the update yesterday and It crashed 10 minutes ago while playing horde, I thought It was solved but no.
Video 1, It crashes at the end of this video. The update didn’t come yet.

I repeat, when I update the game yesterday I thought It was solved, but today when I was playing horde It crashes and send me to desktop.

• CPU and GPU temps are fine, never above 60 ° C while playing.
• I didn’t install Ultra HD textures.
• Game on HDD or SSD doesn’t make difference.
• Windows, Drivers and BIOS up to date.
• Played with stock/OC settings. GPU stock settings too.
• Rolled back to previous Nvidia driver which has the same issues.
• Disabled flow control guard on Windows defender.
• Vsync on/off

Other games I own don’t crash randomly like DOOM 2016 or GTA V, only Gears of War 4 and now this.

It crashes too on that driver and stutters.

I am experience freezing issues as well.I haven’t had any issues with frame rates but I have noticed that the game will hard lock my PC when loading or exiting Escape Mode. I haven’t experienced this issue with any other game. I have to hard boot my system to recover

I have noticed that right before the freeze it pegs my CPU to 100%

What resolution u playing the game in? And frame rate?

None of TC have read this. I’m angry because It won’t be solved, like the issues don’t solved of Gears of War 4.
My game also has CPU usage to 100% while loading screen, the cutscenes stutters randomly, I got the error GW502 also sometimes for example if I’m on Xbox companion app while game loading map, I really wanted to buy It on Steam but If TC, Microsoft and Nvidia doesn’t care fix It because we’re minority, I won’t buy It.

Dude i have the same problem after 10-15 minutes the game crashes, look, mira veo que también hablas español jajaja, un tipo en reddit (con el mismo problema) me dijo que el pidio refund a microsoft y lo compro por steam, le pregunte pero no me respondio si por steam el juego le sirvio, te dejo la inquietud. Yo quisiera comprar el juego por steam, para ver si asi re arregla el error, pero pues no tengo otros 60 dolares.

He visto a otros usuarios jugarlo por Steam, pero ni idea si lo han jugado más a fondo. Yo porque ya acabé la campaña 2 veces en locura, una buena parte lo acabé en mi Xbox One por el mismo problema del crasheo y porque también no me contó la primera vuelta y no me dio el logro. La verdad es decepcionante porque a pesar de todos los puntos negativos que tiene el juego, como el mundo abierto y vacío, menos capítulos de campaña y mucho más, yo quería comprarlo, pero ni de broma pasaré por el mismo martirio que con Gears of War 4, lo tuve que desinstalar hace un año y sólo se podía jugar en Xbox One, parece una especie de boicot a la plataforma de PC para que al final escojamos Xbox One. Una vergüenza.

Totalmente de acuerdo contigo amigo, si encuentras alguna solución al problema o compras el juego en steam me lo cuentas por aqui ok, yo estare al tanto buscando soluciones.

Más desagradable aún que en el foro de Nvidia un imbécil me quiere callar, que no soy el único que tiene ese problema con el juego y no se que más tonteras. Esa gente no ayuda nada, estorba. Ya de por sí es un asco que las compañías ni se dignen en resolverlo, viene un estúpido a responder cosas sin sentido que no ayudan en nada.

Mientras más nos unamos, tal vez haya más oportunidad de que nos escuchen. Compártelo con otros que tengan el mismo problema. No sé qué más hacer.

Lo que pasa es que no soy usuario Nvidia amigo, mi tarjeta grafica es una RX 580 AMD, entonces…
Pero me parece realmente molesto lo que me comentas, que clase de persona trata de callar a alguien que reporta un problema a una empresa tan grande como Nvidia, sabiendo que lo que esta en juego es nuestro dinero,tiempo y paciencia. Pero asi es esto siempre abra algun lamentable sujeto. Amigo sabes lo que creo? que estoy va a tocar dejarlo asi, hasta que TC lo arregle como hicieron con gears 4, por lo menos yo ya he intentado todo lo que esta a mi alcance pero sin resultado, creo que ya me resignare a esperar y jugare al gears 4 xd.

Yo pienso comprar la RX 5700 a ver si ya con eso, pero de aquí a que suceda…

Sigues con el problema?, toca esperar los drivers es la unica solución creo, o compran el juego desde steam para intentar.
