It should be WAY quicker. Just a safety net in case any hiccups happen during the rollout with the scale.
I went on today and nothing has changed or unlocked for me, I even joined a random campaign game. But nothing.
Lmao that comment just killed me. So basically it SHOULD be addressed by this weekend, but I guess with TC, we’ll never know.
FEBRUARY 5th 2020… still not fixed 
This needs to be fixed! All my abilitys dissapeared when i got the shield on insane mode… anyone find a fix?

I was having this glitch today too. Although it sucks, in the lobby we changed to the previous chapter (Forest for the Trees) and started the game to check for Jack’s moves. To our surprise, his moves were back. We then went back to the lobby and selected the chapter we were on (The Source of it all) and we now had his moves again. However, we had to start the chapter again…

Just because he’s one of the few members that maintains positivity, doesn’t mean that he is blindly tolerant of the many bugs that still plague this game.
I ran into the exact same problem today. There is no pulse ability available for Jack. Apparently this has still not been resolved. Unable to continue the campaign. Any fix on the horizon for this? Games over 6 months old by now.
You need to go and explore the condor crash site, after you defeat the enemies you would get pulse in the safe
I did the condor site and it just gave me the stim upgrade for jack. Also started this chapter on co-op although playing solo right now

Jacks moves are back, hopefully they’ll stay.
So this happened to me and my buddy playing co-op. We tried doing the crash site but after getting the stim upgrade it did nothing. So we went out, went back to Act 2 Chapter 1 (not ideal because you have to redo chapter 4 again, I know) and was able to to activate Pulse there. I did all the Pulse upgrades I could just for good measure then ran ahead till we got to a checkpoint so it would save. Went back to this chapter and got to the pulse part and it was there and worked perfectly. Hope this helps!
Same problem with coop. So I restarted from checkpoint solo…same. So I restarted previous chapter coop and it worked. Got all of jack abilities that I had. I lost 1 chapter worth of progress but at least I got the abilities that jack had
I just had this problem right now. Just got back a couple chapters and it all came back.
I bad this problem I start back the chapter in an other game and it works!
27th of March. I just noticed that playing with a friend makes Jack lose its abilities. And no one seems to be working on it 
No his components still disappear between play sessions. Only way I was able to complete campaign was to wait until I had exactly enough components for an upgrade and then spend them all before I quit the game.
