No,
I already said this,
Freedom is an illusion.

Lol no the old omen didnt matter under Gears 4 core tuning. It was perfectly adequate for what indication was necessary. But now you need to be able to differentiate in what damage you are taking.
That’s my trademark so I expect full credit.
Gears 6 to have the Ketchup and Mayo Omen.
A marriage of Red and White.
Perfect Blend.
@Drinkands_im will claim it’s the best omen ever and hasn’t had a single death and only ever gets quints.
No, I dont have a problem if they tweak it. I rather the gaming population be happy.
Now you’re getting desperate.
Please explain to us all who are not learned, how this even makes sense to have excessive UI all over the screen?
Mayo already exists - the frozen omen.
#Ketchup&MayoOmen - All credit to Envii
Where’s the fish and chips?
Wants the gaming population to be happy,
Is the first to one to defend bad design and protest its perfect and he only ever plays better than ever.
We get you love it.
…
Under Gears 4 Core tuning you really just needed to know if you were taking damage or not. Under Gears 5 tuning you need to be able to differentiate between light and heavy damage a lot more. Because depending on that you need to react differently.
You realise headshot damage is still a thing in Gears 4 right?
Tbh,
I’d rather have a nice fresh portion of Fish and Chips than sit through Gears 5 MP.
Just my lowly opinion though.

Nonsense.
Yeah but body damage from the Lancer in Gears 4 core tuning still damaged you quickly.
Go down to the Winchester, have a pint and Fish & chips and watch Gears ELeague on twitch where you can still admire the Ketchup Omen, until TC wake up and this all blows over
Disagree,
If someone was inaccurate I could use movement have the time to survive.
If they hit the head then it would be difficult but that’s the risk to reward of being able to hit head shots if you’re Lancering at close range.
Yeah but movement speed is gone now.
I was up in Newcastle a couple weeks back and went to this amazing place in Whitley Bay!
So nice
Exactly,
Bad design and gameplay choices.
The damage from the Lancer is very similar to Gears 4. The only difference is you can now see the hitmarkers. Heavy damage or light damage, you usually head for cover… whether you can see that cover in Gears 5 is another story though
I would like to see the curve but im pretty sure the Lancer damage is closer to Comp. same as the Gnasher.
The Lancer feels more middle ground.
The Gnashers drop off is more like Comp.
