Xbox problem, they are aware and working to fix it.
I am currently getting a problem saying “Syncing Player…”
Found out that it is the Xbox Live services for Xbox One are Offline.
Maybe this is what’s causing your “Failed to Sign into xbox live profile”
Thought I would post here just to clarify the ongoing situation.

Same here. Everyone is appearing as “syncing player” and nothing is updating atm but when I go to the network settings it says everything is running so I don’t know.
Yeah when I look at the Network Settings it shows that everything is working aswell but If you go to Xbox Live Service Status (On the Xbox website), you can keep up to date with whats happening.
