Downed enemies who can’t be killed?

I experienced in a match of horde that I’m downing an enemy with a lancer GL. They crawl and I empty my mag and they won’t die? Result somebody else killed the downed one and I didn’t got the kills :man_facepalming:t5:

Not only with the lancer GL but with some other guns also. Somebody else experience this crap?

There is a executions rules setting and depending on the difficulty it will be on where you have to be close to kill them
