Never said I “enjoy” this system. I just said it isn’t a grind in my opinion. You can keep saying it’s a grind, doesn’t make it fact. Like I said it’s subjective. Meaning that what you consider a “Grind” isn’t necessarily what someone else considers a “grind”. I’m not entirely sure you bothered reading my entire post. I said I DON’T like the MTX system in Gears 5. I was just pointing out that I’ve never felt the need to buy iron to get through the ToD. A season pass would be a horrible idea for Gears 5. Splits up the community too much. I’d rather have free maps and optional MTX than having a community splitting season pass. With the multitude of problems Gears 5 has had since launch, TC can’t afford to split the community anymore. You not having Delivery Driver Mac doesn’t prevent you from playing with your friends. A season pass would if you or one of your friends didn’t buy it.
I don’t think there should be double stars at all. It’s another crappy way the coalition are making this gears noob and casual friendly. The tour of duty is being set up to make it easy so that everybody gets the rewards. Makes it kind of pointless grinding for desert kait or anything else when every dummy on the game is going to buy their way up the tour with iron and double star weekends.
I’ve played gears 5 every day since 6th Sept and I’ve only noticed double stars once
Its not much of a grind when you can complete the Tour, including medals in a month. I actually wish it was longer.
Im hoping they’ll add new nedals as a requirement to unlock the new characters coming this month.
I would also like to earn scrap from the daily objectives since I don’t need stars anymore.

Your maaaaad to want it longer, 3 months is plenty longer. The game would die if they decided to add another month, far too long to wait for content.
I don’t want an operations season to be longer than 3 months. I want it to take longer than a month to complete the Tour of Duty.
