Don’t you mean Gears 4? It came with codes for 1, 2, 3 and the infamous J(at least mine did when I bought the disc), but Gears 5 doesn’t give you access to the other games as far as I’m aware.

The Gears 5 Xbox console comes with all but Judgement.
Otherwise no, unless you find some odd promotion. They are all on Game Pass.
