Gears of War 2 doubled the first week sales of Gears of War, had good legs and boosted console sales though. Can’t say the same about Gears 5.

Gameplay would be completely different. Not sure how people would take to that. I think I would accept it as I loved the Uncharted series.

I was thinking more storywise where would they go,as I love how they formed the world of the last of us.I would have liked the stranded in gears to be more like the survivors in TLOU

Not to be rude but what is the point of this thread? Everyone already knows that there will be a Gears 6. It’s a popular first party title for the Xbox/PC so it would be very weird if MS just cancelled the franchise after 5. Now the real question is should MS keep letting TC make the Gears titles or should they get one of their other recently acquired studios to work on the next installment.
