So what’s your thoughts on Gears 6? Do you think they will come out with Gears 6 after a horrible Gears 5?
I hope they do, but I hope they give the franchise to another gaming developer. TC is horrible man. They have had many chances to fix Gears 4 and they didnt. Now they’re not fixing Gears 5. SMH

My thoughts on this its that wihout a doubt there is going to be a Gears 6, and 7 and 8 an so on . just like Mortal Kombat its a game that must exist always.
however the point of the matter is that the developer must be changed into people that do have passion and care towards this franchise . the playerbase , friends and people who spent a lot of money and time into it really deservers a game worthy of a " GEARS OF WAR title " .
Millions of People will still support , and give money into it , so yes Gears of war will go on after the disastrous Gears 5

There will certainly be a Gears (of war) 6. Question is, will TC be the developer? If TC can take care of business from Ops 3 and onward, add some changes to Horde and a few other things, then they will certainly take Gears 6 for sure.

Theres definitely gonna be a 6. Gears 5 was a success in Microsofts eyes. That being said after Gears 6 I wouldn’t be suprised if they kept it to “spin off” titles for a few years before hitting back hype with a Gears 7 Announcement. Unless Gears 6 ends on a cliffhanger lol
The campaign was succesful and well recieved enough to warrant a Gears 6.

Im more talking PVP. I agree PVE needs some work. Sounds like Operation 3 will be focused on PVE.
Yes, but let’s hope it’s Gears of War 6 and they learn from Gears 5’s many, many mistakes.
Having said that, they carried none of the knowledge they learned from Gears 4 so who knows?
Gears OF WAR 6 would be cool, but I think it would be best for The Coalition to take at least three years to develop it, so a release somewhere in late 2023. See the thing is, they’re trying to fix all the issues plaguing Gears 5 but this game released in such a broken state across all modes that too many things are being put on the back burner! Not being to vote in a friend’s lobby, flashbang glitch, components not spawning, overlapping menu music — just to name a few. It’s also not helping they have to abide by the ■■■■■■ console patching system. Verifying and certification through MS, for example. They don’t have the luxury of being able to update their game every other day.
But whether it’s the incompetence of the developers or being rushed by MS to promote Game Pass and Dark Fate, or hell maybe even ■■■■■■ leadership, it’s quite clear this game needed a delay and a full Beta.

Features the campaing needs to have
1.- Re-play value. Make a campaing that is fun to play with friends 4 people PVE similar to WWZ. “What is the point make an amazing campaing with zero re-play value”?
2.- 30 hours at least duration and 3 hours of good quality cinematics
3.- New characters please 2 girls + 2 dudes then use kait, del, jd and marcus to help them but please we dont want another gears where KAIT is the protagonist
4.- Epic games should be making GEARS-ONLINE without number on that. Using easyanticheat, gameguard and internal microsoft security anticheat. Also make crossplay mandatory between xbox + pc to avoid have problems

They might take a break to do a 2 or 3 remaster (especially IF Cliffy B comes to advise) but 6 will come eventually.
It needs to be re built from the ground up. They need to have all the content prepared. Enough is enough.
Campaign should be released first and then PvP / PvE down the road. Trying to cram all of it into one big release is just too much.
Rockstar has had great success with this and both their campaigns and MP are HUGE.
And I’m sorry but people really need to quit embarrassing themselves with post like these. Do you really think they wont make another? Do you not read anything other than forums, because I’ve seen numerous articles on how the game sold more copies then 4, and how the store is a success. That doesn’t mean everyone liked or was happy with their purchases, but the game made lots of money otherwise they wouldn’t keep supporting it.

Since the Campaign seems to be in great shape and most of us are excited to see where it’s going, and most of the complaints are about just that… Multiplayer stuff.
Why not separate the two and let us decide to ignore that which we don’t believe will improve?
I would expect MS to put it on the back burner after this one. They don’t see the potential we do, they only see the numbers and they might not see TC as the problem. They might just think consumers don’t want Gears anymore. This would be tragic but I’m just being honest with myself. I hope the opposite happens though.
Surely works already started on 6’s campaign, doesn’t seem like a full team is working on post launch content, support an bug fixing 
Not for awhile, no. I do expect there to be another Gears game after this one though, for sure.
