I’ve been having this issue as well.
Not sure if it’s a problem with Microsoft Edge on Xbox or the website, but it only happens with live.gearsofwar.com
Would this be an issue for Gears support or Xbox?
Submit a support ticket with everything you see and what happens please.
I did that the other month already, didnt think it was wise to send duplicate tickets.

Something may have updated since then that was supposed to fix things but didn’t, so as long as your not sending tickets daily, updates are not terrible.
So it is ok to send duplicate tickets about the same issue ?
Just not every day/week?

I usually follow the rule that, if an updated went out, check if it fixed the issue. If not, then submit a new ticket with said updates.
In this case, this is web issue, so I’m not 100% sure on what we can do, but it may be a combination of factors.
It may be the issue was caused when there was an update for my console as i remember the home tab being different a few days before i tried to watch a stream a while back, then there was another update and now the livegearsofwar.com is just a black screen.
Been at least 3/4 console updates this past while.

I could try a tablet or laptop.
I tried using another device and it worked fine, still not working on xbox tho.
Someone else has reported the same issue.
I think we may have to get those of you having the issue to also start reporting it to Xbox Support - we are seeing no issues on delivery on our side, so it may be an issue with the app.
Have you tried it yourself by any chance on a console at TC hq just to check if its the same for you?
@Belkain says they have issues on their phone using firefox, but chrome works ok.
Other things prevent me from checking in studio when the stream happens.
I understand this, but u can go onto the website and watch previous streams.
Like if i try going on the site just now using my xbox it will just show a black screen but if i use a tablet it will show last nights stream as 1 of the previous streams that im able to watch.
Can’t get into it, but I cannot check otherwise. I will from my home Xbox. But, still send the reports to Xbox, as this sounds like an issue with the app, not our stream.
