All this time I’ve never noticed a dead corpser in one of the houses on River. I’m not sure if it really counts as an easter egg, but it’s not as noticeable as the one on Nexus. It’s kinda tucked away and blends in with the house.

There’s at least two dead Corpsers on the map. The second one is by the spawn when you go straight out the house with the other dead one.
Might be the same Wall is talking about but one of the roofs outside of the maps has one on it as well.
And corpses sometimes float down the water in the middle, although in the wrong direction which looks rather stupid from certain angles.
