I mean, say what you want but it wasn’t exactly “hate,” (Unless we’re talking about the Youtubers). It was more of just a disdain for TC as a whole. And I get that some or most of them might actually be passionate…but either the studio is too weak to stand up to Xbox or they have terrible leadership. With the state of Gears 5 I haven’t really been in the mood to praise any of TC outside of my Desert Baird skin.
The reply was aimed at the thread, not you specifically. Not sure why the forums made it seem personal on my end. Just not a fan of player hating on Dana for whatever reason, or lack of respect as you call it.

It’s supposed to be either Damien, Deimos, or David.
Personally I’d love Deimos because of Madness Combat by krinkelz, but Damien & David seem more likely then Dana or Deimos.

The fourth Carmine needs to be named Dexter.
It means “One who dyes,” as in someone who dyed clothing. And it also means “dexterous” as in “good with their hands.”
Also, it’s more Victorian than the other name suggestions. Fits with the rest of the brothers.

I’m okay with more female carmine’s, but I’ve already said Dana is gender neutral and I’m disappointed people keep saying “I dont want a girls name” that’s sexist towards women in general and just hateful towards people in general who have that name and are male.

For me, it’s hard to say dana is a guy name, only because it really doesn’t sound like one…
I’m not sure how it’s gender neutral, it just gives off the wrong feeling, it’s probably the most mysterious gender neutral name.

It depends on who taught you the name. There are a couple dudes named dana besides our dana, so going on about the name itself just feels disrespectful to the man who has been stepping up his engagement, interacting with a difficult community, and overall a dude who makes mistakes but isnt out to make them. I would tag ghost to lock this thread but they’re not anyone’s personal protector, maybe I’ll just delete the thread since a lot of people took a fun moment from the dev stream and turned it into questioning the sexual nature of a made up word we created amongst others to communicate.
