Forever as well. There’s quite a few actually that didn’t show up yet.
Nah, it’s alright. Just a tad too easy.

We have had Forever as a daily hive already.
Ooooh, you’re right. Did we have the Split yet?
No. Split definitely yet has to show up… not that I’m complaining it hasn’t.
Daily PUNishment:
Daily Hive: I can’t Stand!
I never have fun on Last Stand. Just a garbage hive honestly.
Suppose that’s just my opinion though.
Oh, you’re looking for a fun time? ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)
Xbox party chat.
Two hours from now.
Be there
Yeah, the runs I see on YouTube seem to show the easy spawns. Also, in all the topics covering this hive, they never mention that it’s possible you can get a boatload of mulchers. I almost started to fear I was the only one getting these spawns and the game was screwing with me.
Managed to get through this hive today on Master as my Veteran because I wanted the XP for him as he’s only 18. It was certainly a bigger challenge than in the past since I normally do it with Tactician or Gunner. The first act we ended up running through it and the Brawler took down the single Mulcher that spawned. The trouble was with act 2. The Brawler kept using his ult, then wondering why he couldn’t tank anything and was going down repeatedly. The other guy was an Anchor, who wouldn’t let me get any ammo boxes, nor oblige me by taking my Claw and filling it up with ammo when I dropped it in front of him in saferoom. They then blamed me for getting hardly any kills. These guys would knife me in the saferoom after each fail. I was expecting the kick to come at any moment. Then we did it!
Once we roughed it through the first couple second act encounters, I finally got my ult. In the previous fails what happened was the Brawler was pushing far ahead, triggering the the juvies and drones who would put him down immediately then advance too far for me to have a good position to pop the ult (the chest-high piece of cover that can fit two people). At least I think that’s what happened, unless they were on a timer and would’ve advanced that far anyway. So I needed to get my ult before then and push ahead to the cover piece before any juvies and drones got to that point. On the successful run, the timing was perfect. I downed all the drones and popped a bunch of juvies. I hardly had any Claw ammo though, so it ran out well before ult was done and had to switch to snub. Didn’t help Anchor took some of the Claw ammo too for no reason. By that time I had done plenty of damage though, so Anchor could clean up. Had zero ammo for the LZ, only one flash. We got through by skin of our teeth. Anyway, we finally got through it and now I can breath a sigh of relief!
Did something similar to this for my final run. Couldn’t avoid the first mulcher, but thankfully there was only one. Used the ult to kill him but didn’t wait to recharge it before entering saferoom. Charged ult after saferoom. Didn’t seem to cause any problems. Ran into first encounter and used it again then. No bleed. Then continued running to the end and nothing else spawned. A few juvies made it to me as door was shutting and I killed them with frags and Claw. It seems pretty repeatable, but the only tricky part is first act and timing the ult incase of getting sandwiched by a spare drone from behind and a mulcher in front, or heaven forbid more than one mulcher! When hearing enemies creeping up from behind it’s hard to be calm and precise with the salvo rather than just clearing the way of everything in sight and making a run for it.
Its all fun and games until ‘Venom Run’ shows up as the daily hive one day.
Already did. Kait can solo that one now.
Try doing it with randoms. Many the players don’t even know about the map layout, and end up running into dead ends. Some don’t even pick up the flashbangs, as they don’t understand what is it used for.
Brawler, Infiltrator, Blademaster and Nomad can easily solo this hive.
I like using Nomad on this hive. Satisfying to use.
Just execute an enemy, fear affects the enemies on the vicinity.
Not only that, you get stim for every execution too. This allows you to stay in venom even longer and there’s no need to collect stim packs in the saferoom.
Also, your ultimate recharges really fast, so whenever there is a scion in front, just activate your ultimate.
Don’t forget about Gunner
Gaining stim is a problem though, which won’t allow you to survive in the venom for long.
Also gunner has no cards which have venom affinity.
I believe it’s possible to solo this map with almost all characters. Even Cog Gear.
Am I right @TurnerBurner922?
Wow… this is great.
Did the Gunner’s ultimate always recharge that quickly? I never seemed to notice this.
Also, nice throw of flashbang at the end as the doors were closing, that was smart!
Its doable, but it would be tough. It requires precise throwing of flashbangs to stun the scions. Also, you might need to collect stim from saferooms.
I am just satisfied with using nomad, I prefer this class for this hive. But thanks to you, I will try using Gunner too
The key card is Solo Survivor.
Using this one card you can solo Last Stand as Gunner. No other cards needed.
As for venom run, if you play smart, everything is possible
Right, forgot about that. Its a solo run so it makes sense.
