Just an idea. What if TC merged Gears 3 CTL and Guardian together into one mode. The way this would work is the leader must be captured for 30 seconds and the timer will lower to 15 as the match progresses just like Gears 3 however, if the leader goes down a third time the leader can then be assassinated
That would actually be decent. I missed CTL, the Leader’s TacCom ability to see enemies through walls actually made it an interesting match.

I wish they’d bring that feature back. I’ve never heard anyone complain about it and it was completely balanced out with the modes

Could definitely try this as an event and see how it plays out.
Better than just one kill the leader and round over as it’s a lot more interesting because of the many scenarios
