Make it easier for new people? You must be the guy who wants a f**king trophy for coming in last. By that logic lets make marathons down hill and shorter for people who don’t normally run because easier for them and more people will do them.
Comparing participation trophies to a business is a stupid comparison. Making the game a little easier for new players to come in and enjoy the game is good for business especially with the high learning curve Gears has. As a business Gears cant survive on the same group of people with each game

It’s perfect comparison. It creates a skill gap. I’ve played plenty of games where I had to learn how to get better and would be demolished by experienced players. Am I supposed to be ok with this because “from a business stand point…” that’s what your argument is based off of??? Crying because something is hard. Soft people out here. When something is easy to get it doesn’t last. A friend played this game yesterday with other friends who are OG gears fans and he went positive in ever single game and the only thing he was doing was asking questions on “what is this and what is that”. He went positive. How does that happen??? He’s never touched a gears game. We all told him at the beginning if you get washed don’t worry there is a learning curve. We ate our words.

Tbh,
A small group of passionate players can easily keep the game alive - if quality content can be exchanged for money.
But Gears has its unique mix of playerbases and population that love this series - so a small core base with always live on.

Is it me or does eveyone have super accuracy? Doesn’t matter how much i move after I’ve been hit they always seem to hit me ! In other gears if you had good movement you could close the gap even after being hit and play for a more lethal shot but in this game movement is sooo rubbish …lol thing is watching the killcams and seeing someone 4 point your toe around cover …

I thing only skilly bounce player would understand what u r saying. Well, i agree. To be honest i hope they nurf gnasher to the point it was on gears 4 escalation, change tha damage red screen and fix hitbox. Anyway, im over this by now and tryin to adapt.

Wtf is with this game and bots already ? Also ,I can’t stand when games fill one side with players and fills the other with one person and the rest is all bots. Seems like it dude as most gears Fans have stopped playing not even a month into the release . Many ,many of my friends who played gears 4 throughout its 3 year life cycle have stopped playing completely and have moved back to previous games Apex/destiny2 /PUBG/siege.
The game is plain and simple boring . Even SASXSHADOWZ is frustrated and hes an absolute gears BANGOUT.many streamers have voiced their frustration with this game which im sure will get fixed EVENTUALLY but the game doesn’t have enough content atm to keep people hooked .4 maps which are lets face it below average for what makes gears maps great . Abysmal tuning catered to casuals (influx of ninja fans and game pass users) which they had to do to make their money because GOD FORBID they make a gears game with a steep learning curve again!
High ping / bullet magnetism /ridiculous iron store prices,trash charterers with no real meaning ,garbage maps have already buried this game and its gonna be real hard for it to recover.

Not sure what Gears you are playing but there is alot of players eating shots like sponges only to shoot you with one shot and kill you instantly. Has nothing to do with players being garbage it has to do with a game that is broken and unbalanced. Hey now Rod Fergusson is jumping ship and leaving for Blizzard so we can expect more of the same with Gears 6. Wh ere are you Cliff please come back and bring back Gears.

Its garbage internet connections being allowed to play and ridiculious lag compensation that makes it broken. Only game where you are punished for having good internet.

This game is broken and complete trash. Hit markers are way off, damage detection is off, damage is inconsistent, getting killed behind cover, bullet magnetism, etc. Anyone who says otherwise has never really played any other Gears games or are simply blind.

Idgaf if Timmy the Christmas Noob gets his feces pushed in by a player who’s no lifed this franchise for a decade. It’s gonna *ing happen. If they can’t play against the good players on their level tough cookies. Making this series easier is how we got the lovely sawed off, Retro and Enforcer. It’s how we got multiple tunings.
TC should have just kept Core tuning for the pansies who get their feefees hurt over every little thing that doesn’t go their way.
