Some US retailers are including exclusive lancer skins with their pre orders. These include:
Carmine Tatoo Lamcer (winter design with a monster face)
COG air lancer ( a black design with a golden skull on it)
NCOG lancer.( No pics)

Nope. Best buy has the wintery lancer as Carmine.
