Can't sign in to xb1 account

Hi all,
I’m getting the error code 0x8007000E. I’m dl’ing a game and it still progressing but xb1 will not let me sign in. Troubleshooting says service is having issues. Can anyone tell me what that error code is and what I should do. Thanks!

We suggest you try removing the account and re-adding it by doing the following:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts .
  3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
  4. When you’re finished, select Close .

I unplugged the xbox and that worked… issue resolved. Thanks!
