Can't find the character i bought

So i Just bought the Collectors Onyx guard skin, but when i go to the customize menu, The character is not there? Help!

Onyx guard is a skin, you must unlock cog gear first to use it.

Thanks :blush: So it ended up costing me 1000 Iron… I don’t like escape or horde so that’s kinda dum.
