Pick up cog tag then disappears from menu and is gone when you go back for it
Making it unattainable.

have same problem just all my collectibles are gone made also topic about hope its gonna be fixed soon really hate this , tried so hard not to rush and find them all on my own now all that work is gona really depressing
so now everytime i pickup a another collectible my previous one gets deleted this is terrible 
EDIT : IT IS FIXED 
JUST DID A WHOLE CHAPTER ALL COLLECTIBLES FOUND AND RECORDED
