Buff the lancer some other way?

Well if the damage is nerfed by lancer, what if it had a stagger buff? So that way it atleast efficiently slows enemies down

A little stopping power to slow down the opponent charging at you would be great because as it is, the only good lancer is a team crossing lancer.

Its the only way to fix it.
Or at least limit it to only solo players. The fact that squads can use it is ridiculous.

Stacks have always been a issue for solo players, through out the franchise history. they will never change it. Best thing they can do is just make a dedicated solo lobby. I think in gears of war 3 they had that or no larger then two people per party.

I second this, to enjoy watching all those epic close quarter battles and wallbouncing montages with a Lancer.

Active reloads cause have stopping power on hit.

Id say remove gnasher and add Sawn Off, also make lancer fire same speed as in Gears 1 with 50% more damage and 100% accuracy at auto firing
