Please bring back ranked execution. Its not gears without a one life per round mode! The games great just please bring it back.

The only reason I think it is not in the game is due to the perceived threat that execution brings to escalation 2.0.
Recently there has been a debate of exe vs esca and I think TC killed exe in order to save esca.
The multiplayer design director, Ryan Cleven, even put a vote on twitter of exe vs esca and I don’t believe that TC liked the amount of support for exe.
They are essentially saying, “it is esca or nothing. move on.”

I hope they are tracking mode votes on quick play playlist. today everytime execution/dodgeball mode was on vote people voted for it. I was surprised to be honest and I was really glad that there is still a fanbase for 1 life per round modes.

it was 54 to 46 percent (esc to exe)… 46% for execution is a huge amount of support considering how much light has been shined onto escalation since it was gears of war 4’s Esports main game-mode…

That is my point, it was too close so they are purposely trying to kill exe and only have esca 2.0 as a comp game mode. In order to kill that 46 percent, to make them move on.
Aim-assist went untouched…you don’t like it…PLAY ESCA 2.0!!!

Civilize bro thank you for also shutting out the DISINFORMATION that exe was dead and had no player base!! THAT IS A LIE AND IF THEY SHOWED PLAYER POPULATION LIKE GEARS 3 DID IT WOULD SHOW THAT!!! They took player pop out for reason and it’s cause exe takes a good chunk of players from that trash can run n gun mode called escalation
