If it’s around 5-10 bucks i could not care less tbh. I just want the skins since i missed out 
Only if TC puts them back up. Which no one knows if they’ll ever do.

They said a few times recently on steam that it’s probably not happening, especially since they don’t carry over.
with gow 5 out in 3 months who cares about the skins that do not cross over, its literally “killing time” in the last months of gow 4 being the newest game
gears 5 is too close to release for TC to throw up purchases that are not carrying over
