It’s people like you that need to be working at TC. As much as i would LOVE to see this i doubt it will be added in unfortunately. TC will probably make some sad excuse that its too much work or whatever if they even look at the forums.

In the odd case that they do though, @TC_Octus please bring this up with the team.

Hay tc if poserbal can you add in a makanik two skrp dupileket skill cards pleas for hord and eskap pleas

Thanks guys, It’s a compliment to be compared to a dev, but honestly I only try to inspire fun gameplay in any ideas I share, putting it simply its only really my passion and playtime that springs the ideas, so my knowledge on how this game truly works probably isn’t up to par as anyone who works at TC, I just think as a player I just know what I’d like to see and what I think could benefit this game, beast mode 2. 0 could massively increase the player count for Gears 5 and there’s nothing wrong with drowning in content be it modes, maps and features.
Thanks for the support guys

This won’t happen. Would bring some fun. Usually they are patching out what people like. But here… you can buy some more skins

This game mode and overrun need to return!

I’ve suggested rifle headshots passionately and I wasn’t hired. So while I appreciate your passion and thought, I don’t think beast was and would be that popular and I think wingman is an easier mode to make that would be more popular.

I would love to see Beast Mode make a return, followed later on by Overrun.
However, I have some suggestions as to the example you gave.

-The starting tier has too many playable characters in it. I’d bump it down to only the Juvie, regular Swarm Drone and Leech.
-The Sire could probably be removed entirely, since they essentially function as a one-shot character like the Ticker was, only they can’t explode. Unless their role is as fortification destroyers, then they could work.
-Stump could either be removed entirely or dropped down to the final tier.
-Add a fourth tier as the final one, and throw the Warden, Stump and Matriarch in there; while either removing the Swarm Drone Elite entirely, or bumping him back to tier three.
-Buzzkill might be a bit too powerful for the Scion Elite
-Maybe Lizzie could have a cryo cannon instead?
-Maybe RAAM and Jermad could appear as playable Villains, but can only be used at the final wave and both cost a ton of points. RAAM could use his sword and Kryllstorm, Jermad could have a specialized Longshot, or even better, give him the Breechshot.

Aside from that, everything else seems pretty solid.

The starting tier is fine, if you take into consideration what weapons the gears use and what cog enemies you’ll be going up against and higher difficulties, they’ll be no worry of being op from tier 1 as I based it around gears 3s tier 1 in the roster with sire being the exception, I thought the sire would be fine because you actually have get past fortifications whilst getting shot at and then you have to actually grab someone to one-shot em, it’d be more effective to use the standard melee. As for the leech to function like the wild ticker except the leech is even weaker than a wild ticker I’d say! Primary focus for leeches is to weaken fortifications and enemies like they do in horde, the popper would act as the new ticker and the juvie the new wretch

The image above is the swarm tier list I made and below is the gears 3 list, if you compare the two I’ve only added one extra to the last tier and that was the swarm drone elite but he’d be expensive because he’s in the last tier, but consider the final enemies on waves 10 to 12 you’re are gonna need creatures like the swarm elite sniper and swarm drone elite else good luck taking down a sentinel or guardian.

As for the stump I feel its a perfect balance when you take into account cost and enemies too, dr1 destroyers with tri-shots would demolish a team of 5 players if they didn’t have something to even the odds, as for the RAAM and Jermad idea… as much as I love the locust and gears 3 beast, gears 5 needs it’s own take now so I feel swarm should be stealing the show for any kind of beast mode 2.0, cryo cannon for lizzie could be great actually then if she goes DBNO similar to Clayton with his mulcher she could pull out an enforcer like she used in campaign, the thing with the buzz kill scion is he’s purely a support character and you’d have to take higher difficulties into consideration as well as cost, yeah you might get a bunch of kills with the buzzkill on higher difficulties assuming you hit your shots but if you die that’s a lot of points spent on 1 creature per wave and you have to run over to the base again before time runs out too, I think the scion speaker will be fine, he’s already at massive disadvantage in horde because they gave him a cryo cannon and no ability to buff enemies, in beast mode 2.0 if you were buff enemies, similar to kantus in gears 3 you’d have to wait till the animation played out and run the risk of being killed before you finished healing your teammates.

Replace sire by infected Deebee would wort more I think

I mean… ok? But why? Sire is a hell of a lot more fun to play as than a reject, why should we have the reject instead of a sire?

Reject can be sponge on fence and explode

We have poppers and leeches for splash damage, what do you mean by sponging?

Do damage while on the fence and resiste a lot of damage before exploding

I see what you’re saying, but if you compare the gears 3 beast mode creature selector to the one I made with swarm creatures in mind for beast mode 2.0, the roles are fairly similar, so if you look at the first tier you’d see that two creatures being the leech and popper are designated fortification killers and the last 3 are for killing enemies, sire is a perfect replacement for the butcher imo even though they act differently, they are both melee based and the sire is kinda already nerfed with its animation after pulling someones head off, so in exchange for a one-shot kill on an enemy your guaranteed to lose a bit of health or the sire altogether for the trade off.

@ConcededTrash44 The point of this post is to point out that versus gamemodes are probably easier to make than a pve gamemode such as horde, escape and say beast mode, FFA is massive proof of this, all I’m saying is there’s plenty of operations to come and it wouldn’t hurt to give pve players a taste, let’s face it versus players have been spoilt with FFA, as a pve player I’d rather I or other pve players not get forgotten about.

I know but gear 5 vs gear 3 leech die on fence they can’t past them vs ticker they can (base 1 fence ) and kamikaze juvies have not a lot of pv with the current aim bot bot I think you are dead before even being at the fence if we put that in situation and sire even with there special abilities to pick up someone there base melee damage are lacking even if reject are the same but they have a stunning effect
