Battle hardened is a good card for tactician

I’ve already seen a post regarding that this class is tank from @BroodierAlloy75 so I thought I make my own post regarding how good this class is

He/she is 100% correct that the class is tank as hell because no deadeye can take you down on wave 40+…

In fact, I can guarantee you that no sentinels can take you down either (until your supply is gone). In this video. I had 2 sentinels and dr1 with salvos that couldn’t even take me down on wave 45 (master difficulty). The battle hardened is awesome card if you want to stay alive for long period of time.

And this is with both Battle Hardened & Resupply Healing Module at Level 6?

Yes, both are important if you want to stay alive from dr1 salvos on wave 40+. But it’s also crucial to upgrade the health perk to.

I did a test on it without the battle hardened, you will go straight down from one shot, on wave 40 onwards.

Pardon? A “nerf?” How’s about… No.

Haven’t we already got enough nerf with some of the classes. If you find playing horde on master difficulty is to easy then:

• play solo
• play with no skill cards

He’s wasting a card slot for that card. It’s balanced.

it isnt wasting a card slot when there isnt anything that beats the card lol. itll get nerf’d. tactician along with demo are OP classes.

you dont need resupply radius.

Also, I’ve only played tactician in escape with almost 3 days worth of gametime. I understand the class perfectly well, I assure you.

Agree, this kind of threads and many recents one regarding PVE seems to incite TC nerf everything, things like “Demo too strong”, or similars, just f4ck off, the game lacks of players to continue touching players balls with annoying changes instead of fixing real issues like this

It probably wont get nerfed. It’s a very situational card.

People forget that you can have a Veteran in cover with the Dig In card be invulnerable during the ultimate with the Tactician’s Healing Module card. That’s been in since Op3.

I dont think it’s worth using but that’s just my personal preference.

the only other card you would potentially take over it is supply radius, which you dont need. its not a situational card.

Its situational in escape, as you tend to use it in the venom, so you would have to save it for the ending to gain damage resistence or a specific part. However, in horde, you use it while getting explosives and tanking enemies. It is clearly broken.

I’d rather use the radius and give everyone the benefit of my healing module card, as opposed to putting on a card that just benefits me.

the raidus is big enough already to easily use with 2 other players. the other 2 can just stand there and tank all damage anyway in the outer edges.

You got me mixed up with other people in this forum. And I can’t believe you instantly thought my attention was to nerf the class. Haven’t we already got enough nerf with few others classes in the game? I DON’T want any nerfs in the game. It’s not like I have TC’s ears and explaining them that “this needs to be nerfed and that needs to be nerfed.” It would be like back in op 1/2 where players technically always pick Kait and JD (two of the main damage dealers). That being said, I love to see all classes to be balanced out including the promo classes.

I always said to players that if you think that the game is to easy on master difficulty then play solo or don’t have any skill cards at all, rather than asking for nerf.

Tactician is great, and would continue to be great even if this was nerfed.

Folks are just overreacting again.
