i posted this an hour ago, but a community manager closed it quickly told me to submit a request , i did !
the estimated response time is over 14 days!!!
omg
is deleting the game all and redownloading it a faster solution?

I have a feeling that reposting this, isn’t going to resolve the problem. Call it a gut feeling…
