I bought gow5 last year,I could easily find online match at the beginning, but after few monthes I can’t find any online match! Please fix the problem!
Sorry to hear. Im in NA and I even have trouble finding Escape matches and ranked sometimes. Hopefully it begins to get better. Are you talking about vs matches or trying to find a game on a certain difficulty? ( I notice a lot of people seem to play on lower levels.)
wow I didn’t know that on ASIA Gears of war was a game to play… that’s something .

They have their own dedicated server… TC removed LGBT colors from the game to appease Chinese political sensitivities… Imagine if one of the characters run into battle crying “independent Taiwan!” Haha…
But seriously, there have been huge issues with matchmaking in remote regions: Australia, Asia, Brazil, etc. I don’t believe the final part of the fix has been deployed yet?
Im actually surprised Gears was a thing in that part of the world too. Australia, sure thing, but I thought they were more into different genres of games.
Last time I played with anyone from Asia was mostly Koreans and Japanese players and that was when Lost Planet 1 and 2 were released. I tell you that was one hell of a competitive game.
Yes i am talking about vs mode. vs mode is hard to find a match. Escape mode and horde is better than vs mode
being honest man @SYKoner I’ve never seen an Asian on Gears of War on horde tbh hahahahhaha.
that’s why its kind of odd for me to see someone… they usually play other games , not precisely GOW games hahhaa. but that’s fantastic man … I gather they play great .
what do you mean about how long? i played GOW since xbox360. I played gow5 since last year around september. But I didnt play Gow 5 usually, @D_A_N_III_3_L

“Phase 3” isn’t deployed yet and so far no one has a clue what it means other than “specific tune-up for low populated regions”.
In Brazil region it takes 20 seconds or less to find a ranked match, that is if you like playing that monstrosity called TDM. Anything other than that and all you’ll get to see is the timer going on forever.
I remember a fair amount of Japanese player on gears of war 2 pvp…
Cant say I ever came across them. Back then I was still playing with a competitive team usually on North American servers and then I moved across to the UK. Only time I ever came across any foreign players on GoW was from Europe or Mexico (Im strictly talking about people who live in said country, not people from other countries that moved to another, cause that doesnt count lol)
Yeah you would have been in bed around the time I’m talking. I’m uk and I usually saw them around 10am till say 1:30pm kind of time. I normally played in the evening but when I did do some morning/daytime gaming I saw a few different region players. I’m not saying there were tons of Japanese players but there were a few around that time of day.
Speaking of gears of war 2…great times in terms of gaming for me-miss them lol
